Do you have a shuttle?

Free Shuttle Service to Mayo Clinic
Monday-Friday: A shuttle will pick you up in front of the clubhouse and will drop you off at either the Downtown location or the Generose location.

What are your office hours?

Monday-Friday: 10AM-6PM
Saturday: 10AM-4PM

What is your pet policy?

We would love to have your pet here at The Rosewater!

Maximum 2 per apartment
$300 Pet Fee per pet
$35/ month per pet

Do you offer storage?

We do not have additional storage space.

Do you offer parking?

We offer surface lot parking. No additional fee for parking is required.

Do you have a trash service?

Yes, we offer Valet Trash! - Sunday-Thursday from 5-7pm you set your Trash in the hallway in the provided bin, and a staff member will remove it for you.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Yes! We utilize a company called CORT.
